Application
Peppermint oil can be used in diffusers for colds and for inhalation, or in the form of calf compresses for fever. Helps with nausea in early pregnancy and with colds. Peppermint oil is a real helper for headaches and migraines. Can also help as a repellent against insects.

Important: During pregnancy, consult with your midwife or gynecologist beforehand. Do not use if you have a fever or epilepsy. Always test the oil on your arm beforehand. Should not be rubbed into the eyes.
