Via Klarna: buy now, pay later

Rosetta Del Grande

Buy now - pay later!

These payment terms apply between you and the shop where you purchase your goods, tickets, or services when you choose payment by invoice. Please note that payment by invoice is only available to consumers. If you choose payment by invoice, payment is due 30 days after the goods, tickets, or, in the case of other services, the date the services or digital content become available. The shop assigns the claim to Klarna Bank AB ("Klarna"). Klarna will send you a payment instruction, and you pay for your order directly to Klarna. Alternatively, if you have chosen Autopay, we will notify you in advance of upcoming payments, which will be automatically debited on the due date. You can find contact details and further information about Klarna here. here .

If you have opted for Klarna's monthly billing and aggregation service, Klarna bundles your purchases made with payment by invoice within a specific period and sends you a single monthly statement summarizing all these purchases, instead of sending you an individual invoice for each purchase. This also means that the payment period granted for each purchase under the aggregation service can range from 14 to 45 days, depending on when the purchase was made and the goods were shipped or the services became available within the aggregation period. All purchases made with payment by invoice that were made by the first day of a month (cut-off date) and for which the goods were shipped or the services became available are included on the same monthly Klarna statement. Purchases made after the cut-off date, or for which the goods were shipped or the services became available after the cut-off date, are added to the next monthly statement. The monthly statement is sent to you on the second day of each month. If you have authorized us to automatically collect payments, the amounts due will be collected on the 15th of each month.

Pay only after you have received your order!

Klarna offers Klarna Buyer Protection, meaning you only pay for your order once you've received it, and Klarna will support you if any problems arise with your purchase. You can find more information and details on how to proceed here. here .

Costs and fees

We charge a €0 invoice fee per purchase. If you are in arrears with your payment, Klarna may charge a flat fee of €1.15 for each reminder to cover the resulting damages. You are free to prove that Klarna incurred no damage or only lesser damage.

Foreign currency conversion

When Klarna performs a foreign currency conversion, it is done at the exchange rate valid at the time your goods are shipped or your services are activated. You can view the applicable exchange rate at the time of your purchase; however, this may change if there are exchange rate fluctuations between the time of your purchase and the time your goods are shipped or your services are activated.

The exchange rate includes a spread that incorporates both the base exchange rate and Klarna's markup. This base exchange rate is derived from the exchange rates available on the foreign exchange markets on the day of conversion or the preceding business day. Where required by law or regulation, the exchange rate is determined based on the applicable government reference rate (if applicable). Exchange rate fluctuations may affect returns or refunds, either to your advantage or disadvantage. If you request a partial or full refund after a return, you bear the risk of any exchange rate fluctuations.

Creditworthiness check & data protection

If you select "Invoice" as your payment method, Klarna will check your creditworthiness to determine if you are eligible to pay by invoice. Klarna processes your personal data to fulfill our obligations under this agreement and for the additional purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available here and on our website, and by using Klarna services, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy. We process your personal data, for example, to identify you and to conduct customer analysis, creditworthiness assessments, marketing, and business development. The Privacy Policy provides further information about data sharing, your data rights, how to contact us with questions, and how to file a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
