Return and Refund Policy
This return and refund policy applies to all orders placed with:
Rosetta Del Grande – Handel & Digitale Dienstleistungen trading as "RDG World"
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 30 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us by email: delgranderosetta@gmail.com Please include your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if the item is:
- unused
- undamaged
- in its original condition
- preferably in its original packaging
Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal under the conditions stated:
- Sealed hygiene and cosmetic products (e.g. skincare, beauty products): the exclusion applies only if the seal has been removed by the consumer after delivery and the product is no longer suitable for return on health or hygiene grounds.
- Hair products (wigs, hair extensions and similar products): the exclusion applies only if the original sealed packaging has been opened after delivery. Unopened and unused products in original packaging are not excluded from the right of withdrawal.
- Custom-made or personalised products: these are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal as they are manufactured to the customer's specifications.
Returns received after the 30-day period or not meeting the above conditions cannot be accepted.
