General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store „RDG World".

3. Subject Matter Products sold include:

  • Beauty and skincare products
  • Hair care products
  • Hair extensions and wigs
  • Fashion and accessories

4. Formation of Contract By clicking „Buy", the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation or dispatch of the goods.

5. Prices All prices are final prices in euros. VAT is not shown separately pursuant to § 19 UStG (German small business exemption).

6. Payment Payment is made via the methods available at checkout (e.g. PayPal, credit card, Shopify Payments).

7. Delivery Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping time Germany: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping time EU: 5–12 business days

Total delivery time = processing + shipping. Times are estimates and may vary in exceptional circumstances.

8. Shipping Carriers Delivery is carried out by DHL, DPD, GLS or Hermes, depending on the order.

9. Retention of Title Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

10. Right of Withdrawal Consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 30 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. Full conditions, exceptions and the return procedure are described in our Return and Refund Policy.

11. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • sealed hygiene or cosmetic products whose seal has been removed after delivery
  • hair extensions or wigs whose original sealed packaging has been opened after delivery
  • custom-made or personalised products

12. Warranty Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with applicable law.

13. Liability The seller is liable only in cases of intent, gross negligence, or damage to life, body or health. Any further liability is excluded.

14. Privacy The store's privacy policy applies and is available in the legal notices section of the store.

15. Final Provisions German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is, where permitted by law, Waldbronn, Germany.
